it’s not possible! an anchor is not a random mark or a mark that you place on yourself! there is a whole ceremony for it when someone with magic hits puberty. at the end of the ceremony, the anchor manifests on its own in the place it is fated to be. you can have one anchor or no anchor. anyone with more than one anchor has taken theirs from someone else. (which is super taboo. only one character does that)
