ah thanks! uhm, i do all my shopping on the cheap so my main staples are Target, various thrift stores, Ross, and sometimes Marshals or TJ Max.  OH! and onstopplus is a pretty decent online store, tho it can be iffy. also, this blog has a lot of links to places to buy plus size clothing!

i would say, mainly, dress to your shape! there are a lot of resources you can google to find out what your shape is (“what’s my body shape,” “how to find out your body shape,” etc.) and once you know that, how to dress to that shape (“how to dress for a ___ shape,” “how to dress ___ bodies,” etc.).  not all of it will be advice you want to take, but there will always be good advice there! i am a pretty classic hourglass, as far as plus sizes go, and so a lot of mine involves belting at the waist (which i do), pencil skirts (sometimes), and skinny jeans (hahahahahaha)
